Yes, I am paying attention to Austin, which may turn out to be what Americans seem to conceive of as ‘racism’: unprovoked supremacist violence directed at poc. But usually, when I talk about racism, I mean the systems, structures, institutions, policies, and beliegs that yield this outcome.
